Answer1: What is included in the price in the apartment?

Apartment is fully equated with cooking facilities (oven and hobs and a refrigerator, washing machine etc. hair dryer, Iron & Ironing board. Dishwasher’s in most apartments. We provide only starter-packs in all apartments e.g. dish washer tablets, fairy liquid, shampoo, shower gel/soap etc. toilet rolls. We do not provide washing powder.

Towels and bed linings are included.

Answer2: What is deposit required to book an apartment?

If arrival is more then 14 nights away then we take a deposit of 20% or £50.00 whichever is greater. If booked within the 14 nights we’ll take full amount on receipt of booking. We shall take £50 (A NON REFUNDABLE Deposit) from the card nominated at time of booking to confirm your stay.  The remainder Full payments will be taken (less the deposit £50) 14 days prior to guest arrival. In case of booking made within 14 days of arrival, full payment shall be taken on receipt of booking.

Answer3: What about the balance?

Unless you inform us otherwise the same credit card will be used to take balance.

Answer4: Will I have to pay in full if I cancel?

Bookings cancelled within 14 days of arrival will be charged for the full amount of your visit. A charge of 3.75% is levied for all credit cards. However, there is no charge for debit cards.

Answer5: Our Insurance Policy.

Our insurance policy does not cover any accidental damage caused by the guest. Please ensure your own insurance policies cover loss or damage to personal property during your stay, Cardifflet cannot be held responsible in any way for loss of, or damage to, contents, furniture, fittings or any personal belongings at the property. Acts or defaults caused by third parties are strictly the liability and responsibility of the guest.

Answer6: How Will I collect the keys?

We always meet guest at the entrance of the development in which your apartment is located to check guests to their apartments personally upon arrival.

Answer 7: Can I have 2 parking spaces.

 

There is one car parking space per apartment. We will try to find you another but cannot guarantee. For weekends the answer is NO

Answer 8: How will my payments be taken?

Full payments will be taken (less the deposit) 14 days prior to guest arrival. In case of booking made within 14 days of arrival, full payment shall be taken on receipt of booking.

Answer 9: What is check in Time?

Anytime after 3pm – 7pm

Anytime before 11am.

Answer 11: What if I want to bring extra person?

Please do not bring extra people with you to your Apartments. If apartments sleep 2 only 2 persons are allowed. Children are not permitted without prior permission.  Please be aware that we do check and if we suspect that you have extra guest, you will be ask to leave and also be charged for accommodating the extra person.

Because of reason above, we will not allow visitors in our apartments.
